Working at Clink is a journey that changes you! My journey started 18 years ago when I applied for a receptionist job in London. I was developed and invested on and quickly became general manager of 1 and then 2 hostels before moving countries to set our Sales & Marketing team before transitioning to my current role as Guest Experience and Social Responsibility Director in July. During this time, I worked with amazing people who I am still friends today, met my best friend who at the time was a GM at a competitor hostel and even met my husband in the hostel bar! Even though we work hard, we play hard and that is why I am still with Clink today with the opportunity to reinventing myself every so often and growing the business. Clink is a family for life.

I’m working for Clink for almost 3 months and I’m so surprised how everything is going. More than a regular job, here we have the chance to be travelling with guests with their requests, doubts or information, and also contacting our team in Amsterdam or London, and soon in Dublin.

Don’t expect to be bored, this place is an immersion in different cultures! (Trust me! In my department we have people from Italy, to Croatia, El Salvador and Brazil!) and every day is a learning day, we always learn new skills about our job, but in the same time about our colleagues culture, and more! We don’t forget to have fun, our happy hours and activities are always something nice, so I’m proud to be a Clinkee. My story is just beginning, and I know that I chose the right place to write it!
